WithYouWithMe is a social impact company, founded by ex-military professionals, who use the military’s method of testing and training to build high performing individuals and teams.

Companies generally hire people off of experience, and treat employees like a commodity.

We test in aptitude then train in skills, and then using that over experience we make companies hire based on skills and your potential.

e own the technology, We support veterans holistically, We employ veterans into our own company, We have a sustainable business model funded by the employers not by donations, and We help companies with all kinds of talent issues.

Our model sits on 4 key areas: Test, train, deploy, and grow.

We test your aptitude so you know what career path to choose, we test your personality to see what types of projects you should be working on and we test your learning type, so we can match you with the right people

We have two types of training, the first is self-paced so you can jump on and do the course at your own speed which usually takes about 6-12 weeks depending on the course, the second option is we offer bootcamps which does the training in about a week taking an hour every day to do a live session with the instructor.

After you have completed your course and are comfortable with the skill we take the software to market and employers can get you from the software and employ you, the main employers are at this time organisations like Ernst & Young, and the Canadian government.

During the grow phase we give you lifetime access to the platform so you can come back and use it to improve and continuously grow your skillset.

There are no obligations. We don’t sign you up and say you have to complete the course, there are no costs at any point.
