Just wanted to take a minute to run everyone through the tech support assistance process in the event you encounter any errors on the platform or related to any content in you training journey.
- Click on the chat bubble in the bottom right corner of either the main page or your course page
- Click the “Report a platform issue” button within the chat
- Describe the error you are encountering and include:
- The issue and error message
- Operating System you are using (e.g. Windows 10, MacOSX, etc.)
- Web Browser you are using
- Any other methods you have used to troubleshoot (e.g. I tried completing this task using both Google Chrome and Firefox)
